4. Booking and Payments

When you book a ticket through SmallBus:

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information for all passengers.
• You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your booking.
• You understand that booking confirmations are subject to availability and verification.
• All payments are processed securely, and your payment information is not stored on our servers unless you opt to save it for future bookings.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the Carrier's terms. Generally:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before departure may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to the Carrier's policy.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure may not be eligible for a refund.
• SmallBus charges a service fee for processing cancellations and refunds.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for booking.

6. User Conduct

When using SmallBus, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including privacy and intellectual property rights.
• Use the Services for any fraudulent or unauthorized purpose.
